Stephen Pagano, Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Tax, Trusts and Estates Group, will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association Taxation Law Section's International Tax Committee meeting April 3^rd in Newark, starting at 6:00 PM.  Stephen will present on the challenges posed by guarantees and pledges in the context of controlled foreign corporations.
