ROI-NJ’s June 15, 2022 article “Construction Underway at 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. Crow Holdings Industrial Park in Carteret” notes that Riker Danzig is serving as real estate counsel for the project. Partner Nicholas Racioppi leads the Riker Danzig real estate team. The project will ultimately include three buildings on a formerly contaminated site off of Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike in Carteret. Clark Machemer, senior managing director with Crow Holdings, pointed out the professionals who had guided the cleanup and redevelopment, including our Riker Danzig team as real estate/transactional counsel.
Clark Machemer said at the groundbreaking, “A project like this requires both vision and fortitude . . . .” He added, “So we at Crow Holdings and our entire development team and partners are privileged to be a part of the culmination of well over 10 years of effort, which included planning, public policymaking, remediation and problem-solving.”
The project is creating hundreds of construction jobs, with 1,000 permanent jobs expected upon completion.
Working with Nick Racioppi on the project are partners Joshua Greenfield and James Maggio.
