Riker Danzig attorneys Nicholas Racioppi, Jr., partner, and Joshua M. Greenfield, associate, co-authored an article in New Jersey Law Journal's June 1 publication entitled “Disclose, Disclose, Disclose.” The article discusses the importance of disclosing any and all "latent" defects a building may have when selling, regardless of any "as is" language included in sale agreement.
