Nakul Y. Shah

Bio

Nakul Y. Shah is an Associate in the Firm’s Products Liability, Toxic Tort, and Mass Tort Group. He is experienced in representing clients in complex commercial disputes, multidistrict product liability litigations, and pharmaceutical litigations.

Nakul received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in 2017. While attending, he was a member of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. Nakul also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Planning & Public Policy, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2014.

Nakul began his legal career as a Riker Danzig Summer Associate in 2015.

He was then Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department – Special Federal Litigation Division. And prior to his current position with Riker Danzig, Nakul was an Associate at Hill Wallack, LLP in Princeton.

Nakul served two terms as the Secretary of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey and is a member of the Asian and Pacific American Lawyers Association.
