Joseph L. Schwartz, Chair of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group, will be a panelist at the Rutgers University Center for Real Estate’s interactive symposium, “Your Mixed-Use Redevelopment Project is in Distress. Now What?” The event will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick and is scheduled for February 7, 2024 (with a snow date of February 8th). The program runs from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.
Joe, along with an esteemed panel of speakers, will dissect a case study covering the issues and challenges of the case, followed by a discussion of future options that satisfy as many competing interests as practicable without sacrificing the project.
