Riker Danzig Welcomes Counsel Liz Small

Riker Danzig is pleased to welcome Liz Small as Counsel in the Firm’s Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Group.

Liz brings extensive broker-dealer experience in corporate internal investigations and regulatory investigations and examinations, as well as AML and financial crimes, from her in-house roles at UBS Financial Services Inc. and Morgan Stanley, as well as from private practice in white collar defense.

A.J. Borrelli, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, said, “Liz has a wealth of securities industry experience conducting complex investigations and handling high-stakes regulatory matters.  She will expand our team’s capabilities and enhance the services we provide to our clients.”

Liz received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1997 and her B.A. in 1984 from Amherst College. Following law school, Liz served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Owen, U.S.D.J. for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
