On Sunday, April 30, 2023, The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education is replaying the previously recorded webinar, “Ethical Cliffhangers for Civil Trial Attorneys” for which Riker Danzig partner Stuart M. Lederman was a moderator and speaker. A panel of respected judges, including Chief Judge Renee Marie Bumb (U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden), a Riker Danzig alumna, and other practitioners discuss recent cases from around the country and provide insight on how to handle ethical situations often confronted by litigators.
