Riker Danzig's Environmental Practice Chair Dennis Krumholz is speaking on Tuesday, December 9th on "The Role of the Environmental Consultant in Litigation." The half-day program, presented annually, is part of Rutgers' New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station Continuing Professional Education.
Dennis will moderate the panel and speak at the program, which is designed to help environmental professionals to participate effectively in litigation and other legally-oriented proceedings, including the development and organization of your testimony within the legal framework, presenting effective testimony without going beyond the bounds of your expertise, surviving cross-examination, and learning terminology used in legal proceedings.
