Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations associate Robert N. Holup will be speaking on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education webinar, "I'm Speaking: A Discussion of Allyship, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias." Co-sponsored by the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division and Diversity Committee, this informative seminar aims to promote awareness and education on diversity, allyship and elimination of bias, to facilitate a discussion from multiple perspectives, and to provide specific strategies to combat racism, sexism and bias. Robert, along with a panel of distinguished attorneys, will speak about being a proactive ally to fellow lawyers in a time of social and racial injustice and unrest, and how to recognize and weed out implicit bias and racism and instead support, promote and defend one another. Discussions will include perspectives from women and diverse members of the bar and specific strategies to combat bias, racism and sexism especially in the context of current events.
See NJICLE for more information or to register. The presentation will be recorded and the recording will be available for those who can’t view the webcast during the live webinar.
