Connor Bradford Breza is an associate in the Firm’s Health Care, Tax and Corporate Groups. Connor’s practice focuses on health care regulatory and corporate/tax work.  He regularly advises health care providers and other corporate entities engaging in complex business arrangements such as mergers and acquisitions, and group practice consolidations, as well as the formation of 501(c)(3) non-profit entities.  He works routinely on health care regulatory compliance matters including the formation and structuring of management services organizations and private equity transactions.  

He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019.  While at Seton Hall, Connor was the President of the Health Law Forum, Secretary of the Tax Law Society, and Editor of the Health Law Outlook Student Journal.  He received his B.S. degree in 2016 from Seton Hall University, School of Diplomacy and International Relations, where he was in the Honors Program. 

Following law school, Connor was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Andresini, P.J.T.C. in the Tax Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining the Firm, Connor was a healthcare associate at Frier & Levitt, LLC.
