Michael Antzoulis is an Associate in the Firm’s Environmental and Appellate Practice Groups.
In his environmental practice, Michael represents clients in the energy, manufacturing, real estate, waste, and other industries before state and federal regulatory agencies, and he advises on litigation, transactional, and compliance matters in those sectors.
Michael’s appellate experience includes briefing and arguing cases in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, as well as handling appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He also served as a law clerk to Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, advising the Court on petitions for certification and on matters accepted for review and assisting in the drafting of its opinions.
Michael earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall in 2023, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Seton Hall University School of Law, Michael was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court and a student attorney in the Impact Litigation and Immigrants’ Rights Clinics. He received the Excellence in Criminal Law Award, the Outstanding Contribution to the Impact Litigation Clinic Award, and the Student Servant Leader Award. He also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to law school, Michael received his B.A. in Mathematics, summa cum laude, with a minor in Music from Rutgers University in 2019, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Michael began his career at Riker Danzig as a Summer Associate and joined the Firm as an Associate after graduating.
