Diana Katz Gerstel is a partner in Riker Danzig's Products Liability Group, focusing primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.  She has defended pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in state and federal actions, including the pelvic mesh and hernia mesh litigations.  

Diana is an active volunteer with Partners for Women & Justice, providing pro bono legal representation for victims of domestic violence.

While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she was the Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Diana earned a B.A. from Smith College in French literature and an M.F.A. from Columbia University in writing.  She served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Brennan, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.
