Tyler J. Wicks is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group with experience before both state and federal courts.  Tyler represents individual and institutional clients in complex commercial matters through all facets of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, property disputes, employment disputes, and shareholder/member disputes.  He has also represented employers before the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development and California Department of Industrial Relations. 

Tyler graduated first in his class from Monterey College of Law in 2016, earning his first J.D. degree, where he was a Teaching Fellow, and Heisler Moot Court finalist.  He received his second J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where he was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and appeared before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Superior Court of New Jersey as a student attorney.  Tyler graduated from Bond University in Australia in 2010 earning a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Business Management and Business Law.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Tyler was an associate at Archer & Greiner.
