The head of our practice is Stewart Pollock, a former Supreme Court Justice for the State of New Jersey, a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Arbitrators and an active arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial matters for the American Arbitration Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Also in the group is former Appellate Court Judge Victor Ashrafi, who served for 20 years as a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey and was also an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 12 years. Other members include former assignment judge Travis Francis and former judge James Rothschild, who was elected by the Supreme Court to be the complex civil litigation judge in the state's busiest county. Another attorney in the group is Samuel Moulthrop, a former Chief of the Criminal Division in the United States Attorney's office.
