William R. Meiselas

William R. Meiselas is an Associate in the Firm’s Healthcare Group. William has experience representing medical and pharmaceutical entities in complex litigation and regulatory matters. He has also advised business teams on matters involving healthcare licensing, transactional issues, reimbursement disputes, audits, telehealth, and managed care issues.

As compliance counsel to an international medical device company, he advised on health law matters including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, Medicare/Medicaid and other compliance matters, as well as drafting transactional documents and agreements.

William received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2011 from Fordham University. William also completed the preclinical curriculum of M.D. education at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine.
