Riker Danzig’s newly-elected partners were interviewed for a recent Law360 Pulse story, “Riker Danzig Elects 4 New Partners, 3 New Counsel.” In the story, partner Rebecca A. Borgese told Law360 Pulse that her and fellow partner Hunt S. Ricker’s elevations in the Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Group, bring “additional depth to our very robust practice.” Hunt noted, “The firm has always been very supportive of our practice development, providing us with all necessary resources. With the elevation comes added responsibility, but also added opportunity to grow professionally to further support current and existing clients, as well as future clients.” Wendi Opper Uzar, a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group, told Law360, “I hope to contribute to the growth of the intellectual property practice group in the firm and maintain the reputation of excellence in New Jersey and New York. As an admitted patent attorney, I also aim to focus on further developing our patent prosecution and litigation work.” Ryan M. Magee, a partner in the Firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense, Cannabis Law, and Cybersecurity Groups, said he is looking forward to serving the Firm’s cannabis clients “during this exciting period of cannabis industry infancy in New Jersey.”
