Brian Laine

Brian Laine is an Associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group.

Brian received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2021. While in law school, he was a member of the Honorable James Hunter III Moot Court and a Staff Editor and Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. During law school, Brian was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2017.

Following law school, Brian served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, P.J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Before joining Riker Danzig, he was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Vincent F. Papalia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
